Educational Discounts
	WPS extends an Educational Discount ranging from 20% to 50% off the single-unit cost of WPS-published test materials needed for use in graduate training classes and other qualified educational programs. To apply for the discount -- which WPS extends on a pre-approved, purchase-by-purchase basis -- the course instructor simply sends to WPS, on the institution's letterhead or through the professor's institutional e-mail address, the following required information: A brief description of the course(s), including the course number(s). The estimated number of students who will be enrolled in the course(s), including their level of study (i.e., masters, doctorate). A list of WPS proprietary test(s) to be taught in conjunction with the course curricula, including the specific quantities of specific test components to be purchased. Full billing and shipping address(es), along with a daytime telephone number, a fax number, and an institutional e-mail address.       On receipt of the required information and approval of the request, WPS will promptly send to the instructor, by fax, a WPS Quote, good for 60 days, that includes the appropriate discounts (most WPS publications are 50% off single-unit costs; selected titles receive a discount of 20%). The original quote number must be prominently referenced on your resulting P.O. or prepaid order.       NOTE: WPS suggests you allow about a week for pre-approval of an Educational Discount. Also, to avoid potential delays, please do not apply for a WPS Educational Discount concurrently when placing an order.
	Research Discounts
	To aid researchers, WPS offers Research Discounts of 20% and 50% against the single-unit cost of WPS-published test materials needed for qualified scholarly studies. To apply, the principal investigator need only send a letter that includes: A brief summary of the nature of the study, including estimated period of completion. Estimated quantities of specific WPS test components needed to conduct the research. A statement describing how and to whom the results of the research will be distributed.       On approval, WPS will provide a WPS Memorandum of Discount Authorization granting 50% off computerized components and 20% off all other test components, including kits, and asking that the results of the study be shared with WPS. Discount applications from student researchers must be supported by a letter from a supervising faculty member, on the institution's letterhead or through the professor's institutional e-mail address, which states that s/he will supervise the student's use of specifically named test material in accord with recognized professional and ethical principles.       NOTE: You may apply for a WPS Research Discount concurrently when placing an order by fax or mail only; however, please note that the discount cannot be applied retroactively and no discounted orders can be completed over the WPS website.
